The Intermediate service is
Strength Training Coaching. This is for anyone wanting to improve muscular strength, power, speed, endurance, and or size (hypertrophy) to increase longevity or performance in a specific sport. The training programs are periodized and individualized to meet your goals and needs. This is paired with correctives which are used to correct muscle and joint imbalances and asymmetries for increased durability and repeatability of your sport and or daily activities.
